Quest:Wings of Upheaval

Wings of Upheaval

We have another dragon sighting on our hands. Reports say this beast is slumbering away in an ancient ruin. These creatures are known to seek out powerful individuals and put them to the test. It won't be an easy task, but could we ask you to take on this mission in Rolan's stead? —Crew Alliance Rafale
